WOMEN’S PADDLE-FIT ~SEASON PASS ~ 4 PM CLASS
Northwest SUP & Fitness is hosting another season of Women’s Paddle-Fit!! Class will be held every Wednesday at 4pm at Horseshoe Lake. Our season will run for 8 weeks starting June 21st ending on August 9th. By purchasing this season pass you will save $10 on every class, going from $45 drop in rate down to $35! NW SUP will provide instruction, the high-quality paddle board and all safety equipment required. All you gotta do is show up, ready to grow & learn, and of course have fun!! Can’t wait to see you on the water!
Class Dates, Location & Parking: Horseshoe Lake
June 21st, 28th, July 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th, Aug 2nd & 9th
We aim to launch on the far end of the park closest to I5 near the skate park, but the shoreline meet up location may change from week to week base on how busy the park is. Just look for the decked out SUP trailer and you will surely find me!

No Equipment needed:
NW SUP will provide the high-quality paddle board and all safety equipment required.
*NOTE: Attendees must be on the provided Red Paddle Co SUP, as we can plan our programming around the performance & limitations of these specific high-quality boards
Preparation:
SUN SCREEN, SUN GLASSES & WATER!!!
No special clothing required, but lightweight tighter clothing like exercise wear or swimsuit type material is recommended. Swimsuits can be worn, but may not be as functional, as we will be doing a lot of movement. NW SUP has loaner rash guards & neoprene booties if needed!
Accountability Policy:
We are true Northwesterners!! NW SUP & Fitness does not cancel classes due to rain, however weather advisory is always followed for extreme weather conditions. If a class is canceled due to weather conditions, refunds will be given, or a future class date may be selected if openings are available.
