Women’s Outdoor Group Training Tuesday & Thursday June 2nd~June 25th 5pm
June 2, 2020 @ 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm PDT
Our outdoor fitness classes will be a progressive 4 week program built for all fitness levels. Class will be held on our private tree farm, with amazing views, and optimal outdoor training space. Social Distancing will be practice with designated and appropriately spaced workout spots for each participant. We are limiting the spots available to 5 until class sizes can be safely increased. Some equipment will be provided by NW SUP, and programming will not require participant to bring any special equipment, just a mat, towel & water. Class will run approx 60 mins & consist of active stretch, light running, stability & core training, followed by a full stretch routine for cool down. The programming will be cardio based & we will move quickly through the routine, to keep you sweating! Modification will be modeled for all exercises, as we encourage everyone at every stage of their fitness journey to join in!

Duration: 4 Weeks (2) classes per week held on Tuesday & Thursday at 5pm
